The service
YEvaGO is a platform connecting drivers and passengers for intercity carpooling. YEvaGO is not a carrier: rides are offered by independent driver members.
Membership
Full use of the service (booking, publishing rides, wallet) requires an account in the YEvaGO mobile app and payment of the applicable registration and membership fees.
Bookings and payments
Bookings are paid through the app by wallet or card. Applicable cancellation policies are shown at the time of booking.
Responsible driving
Drivers agree to hold a valid licence, appropriate insurance, and a roadworthy vehicle. Abusive behaviour may result in account suspension.
